My career began in 2019 in the high-pressure world of live streaming and broadcasting. During this time, I managed large-scale events for industry titans like Facebook, Twitch, and Turner Broadcasting Studios. While the thrill of live production was unmatched, the constant travel eventually led me to seek a more grounded path.
In 2021, I transitioned into an enterprise IT role at a leading internet marketing firm. This shift allowed me to apply my troubleshooting skills to a corporate environment, refining my standards and broadening my knowledge base.
In 2022, I married my long-time partner, Lindsay. Around this same time, I began building my own home lab: a project that has since evolved into a sophisticated testing ground for self-hosted deployments and infrastructure experimentation.
In 2023, I returned to school, and by 2025, I earned my Cyber Security AAS from Dallas College, specializing in System Security Administration. To complement my degree, I continue to pursue certifications and stay hands-on with emerging technologies.
